Enable teammate email accounts to allow the sending of emails without Gmail.

At the moment, all emails are being sent from generic emails like

[email protected] and are limited with the ability to send up to 300 emails per day. See below for instructions on setting up your your own email domain.

The email account is created by default when teammates are added to Funnelfly.

Account owners can disable or enable teammate email accounts on the Email Settings page.

Enabled accounts are visible in the email editor. Choose which one to use when sending emails in Funnelfly.

Funnelfly also offers an option in email editor which allows you to send emails from a Growth Track in one thread with previous email(s). Instead of sending your follow-up emails as a new email, which is not always the best approach, send them as a reply.

By threading the email, your follow-up appears as a manual email from you. Learn more about email threads here.

Send Emails From Any Email Domain

You can now send your emails from any email domain. Simply follow the steps below:

  • Add your domain to Funnelfly
  • Add TXT record to verify your ownership of the domain
  • Add MX record to receive replies
